Clinical Experience
Prior to joining Trailhead, Kate worked as a clinical outpatient therapist at Northeast Health Services in Pembroke, MA focusing on crisis management and stabilization, risk assessment, and working collaboratively with other providers to provide quality mental health and daily living support.
With a concentration in trauma, Kate received a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bay Path University. Kate spends much of her time with her family, supporting the lives of her two very active children. She is often found trying to practice her own advice, focusing on increasing holistic practices such as exercise into her day and is happy to offer walk-and-talk sessions to interested clients.
Clinical Approach
Kate specializes in working with adults dealing with depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship issues. Kate is also passionate about supporting individuals facing the stress and challenges of parenthood, providing support for family planning, fertility issues, and perinatal care.

Through a trauma-informed lens, Kate integrates different psychology modalities that best support yours needs, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy (NT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
